Rooting for change beyond inclusion

To truly make a difference, it is essential to start from understanding what prevailing social norms, values and customs have shaped us. By being aware of our own cultural heritage, together we can create a better future.

Together with our Changemakers and our Amplifiers, we offer tailor-made training programmes.
These programmes take place outside the everyday context: on Curaçao in Italy or a special location in the Netherlands. The training programmes provide the necessary knowledge, insights, tools and skills,
so that you as a professional or organisation as a whole can can make that sustainable change.

Some concept programmes can be found below:
Change the Narrative, Change the Perspective, and Be the (Hu)man.

Heritage & Belonging is also open to co-create a programme that fits your wishes and needs.
