Heritage & Belonging works together with a number of extraordinary groups of people who together form the drivers of change. Leaders or Frontrunners who show color, give direction, who stand up against injustice, who want change, who take action against misunderstandings.

For us...they are basically 'The Changemakers' and we have the privilege to work with them!

Changemakers

Our Changemakers are leaders, frontrunners who stimulate social change, who show their colors and stand up to social injustice, who inspire and give direction.

They are leaders who have already shown and know that they make a big difference to international social developments, their social legacy is already indelible.

Everard Findlay

Everard Findlay is the founder of Everard Findlay LLC. He is a Global Systems Strategist and is recognized worldwide as a thought leader with over 20 years of professional experience. Findlay delivers brand development strategies in both the private and public sectors.

Gloria Wekker

Gloria Wekker is a social and cultural anthropologist with specializations in Gender Studies, Sexuality Studies, African - American and Caribbean Studies. She worked as a Professor of Gender Studies at the Faculty of Humanities, Utrecht University and has been emeritus since 2012.

Sylvana Simons

Silvana Simons is the first black female party leader in Europe. Her political party BIJ1 stands for Radical Equality and Economic Justice.

She is a member of the Dutch House of Representatives.

Jens van Tricht

Jens van Tricht (The Hague-1969), idealist with heart and soul, believes that feminism needs men for a better world, just as men need feminism for a better life. Jens studied Women's Studies at the University of Amsterdam and specialized in the changing social roles and perceptions of men and masculinities.

Amplifiers

The Young Amplifiers identify with us as partners who are often the kickstarter in social conversations in a fantastic and so valuable way. In this way they complement each other in the most sustainable sense of the word!

Lucas Lina

Lucas Lina is the son of a Limburg father en Curaçao mother, born in Curaçao and left for the Netherlands after high school to continue studying at the university of applied sciences in Utrecht. Lucas studied Information Engineering and started his own IT company at the same time.

Madhu Mathura

Madhu Mathoera is the author of the book ''The Inclusive Organization'' and an expert in the field of diversity, equality and Inclusion. Mathoera's mission is to make the already diverse Netherlands more inclusive.

Vivian Acquah

Vivian Acquah is an advocate and expert on Workplace Wellness and diversity and inclusion. Acquah advises managers on creating a safe work environment, sustainable employee engagement, and provides the tools for inclusive change.
